Hello!
After college at UGA, I spent my life building up a wonderful marketing career until I became the youngest VP of Marketing at my ad agency. In addition, I was buying my own real estate for both personal and investment purposes. At this point, I was not living a holistic lifestyle, and I had been suffering from a few lifelong, chronic issues like migraines, thyroid issues, skin issues, and more.
Flash forward to 2019, I had my first child, the pandemic happened, and later, I sold a few major investment properties. Everything in my world changed! My priorities shifted, and I decided to stay home with my children (I have 3 now). During this time, my eyes were opened to many health challenges and issues our world is facing. We started living a non-toxic and low-toxin lifestyle as much as possible, and I started self-healing many of my. own "lifelong" issues! My migraines reduced significantly, I got off of my thyroid meds, and improved my skin, among other improvements (mental clarity, less anxiety, etc.). I quickly noticed that my young children were having bad reactions to certain toxins too - especially food coloring, medications, and other household chemicals like fragrances and detergents. So, my new focus was to create a physically, mentally, and spiritually healthier life for my entire family.
This transition included researching and swapping many of our home products, besides foods, supplements, and many other things. Along this journey, I started learning more about making our home healthier - from air quality to the use of VOCs and other chemicals in our home products, to mold and other potentially harmful household challenges. During this time, I realized not many others were talking about making their HOMES healthier - the focus was more on what we were putting in our bodies (which is super important), but less on the environment we live in. So I decided to get my real estate license and become a realtor in 2023.
Now, I'm a holistic-thinking, health-focused realtor mom in Marietta, GA! I love to make homemade things (like sourdough bread, overnight oats, and really any fun and healthy recipe). We use natural and holistic products and remedies (instead of mainstream and medical treatments as much as possible). We also homeschool!

I'm excited to use my real estate, holistic health and marketing experiences and skills to help you find your perfect healthy home in the Atlanta area!
Why a Healthy Home?
Home environment significantly impacts your health!
-
Poor housing conditions, particularly dampness and mold, contribute to respiratory issues like asthma. It's estimated that up to 40% of asthma cases may be linked to factors within the home.
-
Older homes, especially those built before the 1970s, may contain lead paint, which can cause serious health problems, particularly in children.
-
Homeownership is associated with better health outcomes, including fewer illnesses and lower rates of depression and anxiety, compared to renting.
Just to name a few reasons...
